I cut tall grass and weeds in snake country. Four weeks in, these have already saved me from copperheads and rattlers. Protect your ankle and calf right up to the knee. Highly recommend!!!"

You don't have a snake problem. You have a wearing problem.

The protection you own or never got isn't on your legs. And unprotected legs are what snakes bite.

Your Snake Plan Is Jeans And Paying Attention. Watching every step, acting like nothing's gonna happen until the one you never see.

Your Snake Boots Are In The Truck. Too hot, too heavy left behind on exactly the walk where it happens.

The One That Gets You Won't Rattle. Survivors say it every time: no warning, no sound.

Cheap Gaiters Break First. Straps snap in days. And you never trusted them against a fang anyway.

Jeans Slow Venom. They Don't Stop It. A big rattler reaches skin right through denim.

30 Years Without A Bite" Isn't Protection. More snakes every year. The day you need them arrives unannounced.

Here's Why These Work When Everything Else Failed

    1. The strike hits the shell first. A fang carries almost no mass behind it. Our 1000D ballistic-grade shell blunts the hit before it ever reaches the panel.

    2. The panel deflects what's left. A semi-rigid plate sits under the shell same physics as a helmet. The fang glances off instead of punching through. No thick leather. No rubber. No bulk.

    3. Light is the whole point. Because we don't out-thick the fang, the pair stays under 2 lbs so unlike your boots, these are actually on your legs when it happens.

    • Quality Made!

These things are awesome. My pictures are the first time I put them on with my hunting pants and boots. These snake gaitors feel great, I feel they will give good protection and they feel quality made! So far I am very happy with my purchase

    • Comfortable! Wear with boots though

I got these for long hikes with bouldering and was most concerned about comfort. I was expecting to feel like the tinman. lol. These stay put, don't ride up, lightweight, flexible, don't restrict blood flow. The straps go on easy but the plus side is they won't loosen while wearing them. Tips: wear knee-high socks or pants underneath, and real boots, not trail runners. 5 stars for the very happily surprising comfort. They really deliver!"

    • I stopped worrying

There could be timber rattlers where I hike I've never seen one, but I know plenty of people who have. I'm petrified of snakes to the point that my fear takes away from my enjoyment of hiking. So I really appreciate these. Comfortable, snug fit, and there's a flap that goes over your shoe — a snake would have to bite my thigh or big toe to take me down. Great straps, breathable, even add some warmth in spring and fall. I hike relaxed now."

      FAQ's

Because nothing is snake proof and any brand claiming it is lying to you. Even $300 snake boots have had documented failures. Our gaiters use a 1000D shell over a semi-rigid deflection panel designed to blunt and deflect a strike before it reaches your leg. They dramatically improve your odds, like a seatbelt. We'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a fantasy.

That's the right question and it's physics, not fabric thickness. A snake strike carries very little mass, so stopping it is about deflection, not bulk. The rigid panel makes the fang glance off instead of punching through, the same way a helmet shell works. That's why we don't need 5 lbs of rubber to do the job.

Yes one adjustable size fits women and larger calves alike. This is the #1 place other brands fail (too small, buckles straining), so we built the adjustment range wide on purpose. Straps take a minute to dial in the first time; after that they lock in and won't loosen while you work.

No that's the whole reason we exist. They're under 1 lbs a pair, cover only the lower leg, and go over your own broken in boots, so your feet stay in footwear that actually breathes. Customers tell us they forget they're wearing them. Protection that's miserable ends up in the truck — and unworn protection protects nobody.

Send them back no questions asked. 30 days, full refund. Simple as that.
